تقوم شركه ماي بولز بعمل جميع انواع العزل الكيماوي والذى تبدا مراحله من العزل على الجسم الخارجى لحمام السباحة على الطوب الاسمنتى والذى يعتبر المركز الاول للحماية ضد جميع انواع التسريب وقبل عمليه وضع حديد التسليح وصب الخرسانة ويعتبر العزل بواسطه لفائف الممبرين الانثومات 4مم من انتاج شركة سيكا مصر من اجود انواع العزل على مستوى العالم ويتميز برخص ثمنه وجودة العاليه.
وبعد اعمال الحفر وصب الخرسانه العادية وانشاء الطوب الاسمنتى والعزل بلفائف الانثومات تقوم الشركه باعمال التخشيب والنجاره وعمل الشدادات المناسبه للحفاظ على الحوائط الجانبيه لحمام السباحة وذلك للتحضير لصب الخرسانة المسلحة.
والذى يقوم بوضع المواصفات المطلوبه مهندسين من الشركة متخصصين فى اعمال الخرسانات كما يمكن للشركه تنفيذ جميع الاعمال والمواصفات المطلوبة من العميل وذلك بعد موافقه مكتب استشارى عليها وعرضها على شركتنا وهذا يعتبر في مصلحه العميل للاستفادة القصوى من تنفيذ الاعمال عل حسب اصول الصناعة والشكل الجمالى فى نهايه الامر
والمرحله الثانيه من اعمال العزل تتم بعد الانتهاء من فرش حديد التسليح وعمل شبكة التغذيه والغطاء وصب الخرسانة المسلحة ويتم معالجة الخرسانة وتسويتها وتبدا الشركة بعزل حمام السباحة كيماويا وذلك بمنتج شركة سيكا مصر و كل ما يمكن ان يصله الماء بهذا المنتح حيث انه عازل قوى جدا للمياة فى هذة المرحله ولخزان الموازنه ايضا,
كما تقوم الشركة بعد الانتهاء من اعمال العزل بعمل اختبار للعازل وذلك بملئ الماء داخل المسبح وتركة لمدة معينه لملاحظه ان كان هناك تسريب ام لا ولذلك تقوم باعطاء فترة ضمان على العزل مدة طويله لثقتها بمنتجها المستخدم ومهندسيها الذين يعملون على تطبيق اصول الصناعة فى جميع اعمالهم
وهناك انواع عديدة من انواع العزل والتى تختلف بمتطلبات العميل نفسة فهناك العزل بالمواد الايبوكسيه والدهانات وتعطى ايضا نفس الالوان والاشكال التى يطلبها العميل من حيث الخامه والملمس والشكل والفاعليه فتعتبر المواد الايبوكسيه من المواد السائله والمكونه من الياف صناعية تمنع تسريب المياة ولاتسمح اطلاقا بنفاذ المياه الى الخرسانة وايضا يمكن استخدامها بعد عمليات التكسية والمحارة ولكن يدهن قبلها مادة لتنعيم الاسطح ثم الدهان بها مباشرة كمادة نهائية للاسطح وبدرجات الالوان التى يختارها العميل.

Insulation works

My Pools makes all chemical Insulation’s works .It phases begins with the insulation of the external shape of the pool by the cement bricks, because these bricks considered to be n1 protection step against all types of leaking. This insulation is made by windings , which made by “sika Egypt company” and considered to be the finest kind of windins in the world.
After drilling , pouring concrete , building of the cement bricks and insulation by the windings the company makes the woodworking and the suitable stays ,in order to keep the side walls save and to prepare the pool for the armored concrete pouring.
We “My Pools company” have a specialized team of engineers who put the demanded standards and a consulting office , so no matter what shape you choosed we will build it for you.
The next phase of insulation comes after the reber slabbing , building the nutrition network and covering it , then the cement is poured. After that the pool is chemical insulated by a very intensive insulated product , which made by “sika Misr”. After this process the company tests the insulant by filling the pool with water and leave it for a period of time to notice if ther is a leak or not. That’s why our company gives its costumers a long guarantee period for it’s trust in it’s product and engineers , who work hard.
There are different types of insulation according to what the work needs, there is an insulation by “ Epoxy” and special paintings , which gives the same shapes and colours that the costumer order in material, shape ,feel and performance.
The “Epoxy” is a liquid material , it contains synthetic fibres that prevent any leak to the cement. It can also be used in covering and in conch cement process , but before putting the “Epoxy” the faces should be painted by a smoothing material,then the Epoxy be painted with .
The colour of the Epoxy is choosed by the costumer.
